Shipping costs do not include any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges. International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package. Contact your local customs office for details.

PXN currently operates overseas warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Germany. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from the nearest warehouse to your location.

Shipping Time and Policies

For non-pre-sale items, orders placed at the PXN Store will be processed within 2–5 business days (*shipment times for each product vary depending on availability) . Once your order is confirmed, we will ship it according to the estimated delivery times shown for your region on our shipping policy page. Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days after shipment, with specific timelines varying by destination.

PXN offer delivery via FBA, DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx. PXN will choose the most suitable shipping company to provide the service according to the shipping address.


The shipping time should be subject to the time announced by the third-party shipping company. Once the products of your order leave our warehouse, the actual delivery may be affected by events that are beyond PXN’s control. We aim for timely delivery but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect address, carrier issues, or customs.

We offer free standard shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and most European countries. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ holidays)

Handling Time 
Generally takes 4-10 business days (*refer to each product page for estimated handling times). This period is defined as the duration from when an order is placed to when it is handed over to the shipping provider. Weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Transit Time 
Usually ranges from 6-10 business days. This is the duration from when the order is passed to the carrier until it reaches the customer's designated address. Shipping time begins from the date of dispatch, and various factors such as incorrect addresses or customs clearance procedures may extend this period. Please note that any costs associated with address changes will be the customer's responsibility.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and most European countries. We also ship to many other countries worldwide. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us for shipping options.

What is Partial Shipment?
Partial shipment is the delivery of an order in more than one shipment. Partial shipments are necessary when:
1. Certain items in your order are on backorder.
2. There is a delay in delivering items from a specific warehouse.
3. To expedite delivery, items are shipped from multiple warehouses.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update. You can also log into your account to check your order status anytime.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at officialstore@e-pxn.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address for you. If it has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes, and PXN cannot be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

What if my package is delayed?
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure fast delivery. However, delays can occasionally happen due to severe weather, customs inspections, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate.
