This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of products manufactured, sold or certified by PXN which were purchased and used in Australia or New Zealand.
The warranty lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase of the product(s). This warranty extends to you if you are the end-user purchaser with the original purchase receipt.
The benefits provided under this Limited Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies provided under Australian and New Zealand law.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to are fund for the goods and you are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
During the Limited Warranty period PXN will repair or replace, at its option, products that manifest defects in material or workmanship.
To request warranty service within Australia and New Zealand, you need to return the faulty product to the original place of purchase. The retailer will assess your product and determine whether it will require repair or a replacement.
You will be responsible for shipping charges, insurance, and other transportation-related expenses incurred in claiming the warranty from PXN.
If you return out-of-warranty products or products under warranty that are determined not to conform to this warranty, you will be responsible for all return-shipping and other transportation-related expenses.
